Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for organisation with a knack for technology? Look no further, Kidz Galore is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our office team.

Position Overview:

As an office administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the childcare centre. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

  • Liaising with clients in person, over the phone and via email 
  • Assisting with keeping all staff details recorded and up to date 
  • Providing essential support to educators, allowing them to focus on the children’s needs
  • Organising enrolments, overseeing the smooth transition of new children, and managing requested changes to children’s schedules
  • Ad-hoc jobs such as preparing reports, ordering inventory, filing, and internal audits of child and staff details

About you…

The successful applicant for this role will possess the following:

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets
  • The ability to facilitate effective communication between staff and families, ensuring everyone is informed and updated
  • Care and attention to detail
  • Experience in administration, ideally with a background in childcare 
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Most importantly, a love of children and passion for nurturing a happy and caring environment  

 

Experience with HubHello preferred, but not essential
