     What your day could look like;

• Building lasting and meaningful relationships with families so they feel informed and sure their children are receiving the best education and care in the community.
• Planning and setting up experiences designed to develop children's individual skills
• Scaffolding children's learning throughout the day using open ended questions
• Promoting Safe Risky play opportunities both inside and outside
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all children and educators
• Embracing nature and learning more about our natural world from the children around you.
• Using photos and videos to document snapshots of learning as they occur. Realistic documentation expectations (educators are not expected to send photos daily or communicate with families using software technology)

You will need;

• Diploma Qualification / Cert III
• WWCC
• Flexibility on work hours (both open and close shifts will be required)
• Understanding of the NQS and EYLF
• Passion for creating engaging play spaces and setting up intriguing experiences based on the children's interests
• Strong written and verbal English skills to be able to confidently document, contribute to the Weekly Curriculum reports and cycles of planning.
• Willingness to further your knowledge on areas of Early Learning that interest you through PD's, online webinars and research
