Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a small team of educators to deliver exceptional early childhood education programs.
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that enrich the child’s holistic self.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the room, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the centre's leadership team to achieve continuous improvement.

About You:

Skills & Experience:

•  in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards a Diploma).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
