We are seeking experienced Chefs specialising in Asian cuisine to join large, established business that provides high volume meals in Melbourne The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume or bulk cooking, particularly in Asian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including wok specialities, curries, Malaysian, and Chinese cuisine.
• Manage high volume cooking efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen work space.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bulk cooking or high volume cooking, with a focus on Asian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge and experience in cooking wok dishes, curries, and Malaysian and Chinese specialities.
• Commercial cookery certifications or relevant qualifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
