About the JOB: Due to business expansion, we are seeking a full-time Course Consultant in Brisbane office to join our professional team.

Daily roles and responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales target with suitable study/tutoring plan for students;
• Assisting sales team to convert the potential enquires/customers;
• Communicating with the tutors to follow up tutoring sessions arrangements;
• Monitoring the quality of the course and managing the expectation of the customers;
• Support actively all the relevant promotion;
• Support actively the operation of the Course Centre

Ideal applicants:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
• Highly efficient and attention to detail
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point applications
• Relevant counseling experience most preferred
• 485 visa holders, P.R or Citizen
