Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Casual/Part-time

Lightsview Centred Chiropractic is a successful chiropractic practice located in Greenacres, operating Monday to Friday. We currently have three chiropractors and two massage therapists practicing within our business alongside oiur administrative staff.

This is a casual part-time position, approximately 10-15 hours a week.

We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

• Provide a welcoming and efficent front desk experience for every patient
• Willingness to take-on unforeseen tasks 
• Ability to take direction
• Experience using HICAPS, PracSuite and government department systems is desirable
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manage elctronic and hard-copy medical files and records
• Positive outlook and a pleasant, friendly demeanour
• Demonstrates an understanding of chiropractic care and its principles
• Some flexibility with hours and evening work

The succesful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly reception environment, while providing highquality service. A background in Allied Health would be an advantage.
