Job Description Reporting to the CHPP Superintendent, the CHPP Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for fostering a safe, cost effective, target driven environment. This will be achieved by setting and achieving goals, developed leadership skills, and building a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for: Leading a team of experienced individuals whilst promoting company values. Providing excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Compliance with all HSEC and legislative requirements are met. Effectively supervise and instruct teams to meet planned outcomes and hold accountable to expected standards of behaviour and performance. Investigate equipment related failures, and coordinate remedial actions to address the root cause. Maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
