Wolff Power is an innovative electrical consultancy/contractor that specialises in the design, construction, operations and maintenance of generation plants and high and low voltage networks, across Queensland and New South Wales. 

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a full time Civil operator / Labourer to join the Wolff Power team on a permanent basis.

About you:

• Assisting the Projects Manager with all aspects of civil and construction 
• Participate in onsite safety and progress to ensure positive project outcomes
• Interested in learning and developing skills in a specialised field
• Prepared to travel away from home FIFO/DIDO
• High standard and pride in project delivery
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders 
• A fresh perspective on rapid continuous improvement on processes and procedures
• Exceptional time management, work well in highly developed team.

The successful applicant must have:

• Previous experience in a trades or labouring role (preferred but not essential)
• Current QLD Drivers Licence (HR license is preferred, however, competency can be obtained to successful applicant)
• Construction Card
• Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
• Strong safety focus and work ethic
• Good communication skills

Desirable:

• High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF, DG)
• Excavator and bobcat skills / qualifications 
• Safe Work at Heights
