We are always seeking new people to join our teams, advancing our offering across Greater Metro Sydney and in a wide range of regional NSW locations. We are an ethical employer - we value diversity and encourage everyone traditionally under-represented in the industry to consider joining us. We are a team of around 50 experienced and motivated people ranging from apprentice carpenters, through Leading Hands, Foremen, Cadets, Contract Administrators, Project Managers, and Engineers, supported by an Admin team and based in North Parramatta. About You

Successful applicants will be currently resident in Greater Sydney, NSW Australia or nearby, and possess current Australian working rights. You will be customer focused, with advanced communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. You'll be comfortable working unsupervised and have a solid understanding of both legislative and ISO-based Quality, Work Health & Safety, and Environmental Management principles and practices.

Remuneration

A salary in the $150k-190k range will be negotiated with successful applicants, including superannuation and other allowances such as vehicle allowance. Final remuneration package will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications, and industry tenure. The Senior Team will be open to negotiating precise remuneration arrangements with successful candidates, including the potential for time-, budget-, and/or performance-based bonuses.
