We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our client's Operations division as a Claims Administrator.

What’s in it for you?
As a Claims Administrator, reporting to the Operational Underwriting Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate customer and policy records on our Policy Administration System through quality data processing.
• Updating existing policies within agreed delegated levels of authority.
• Following compliance guidelines and supporting team members in achieving the same.
• Office Location – Perth CBD with WFH flexibility
• Hourly Rate - $34 - $36 per hour + Super  
• 6-month contract (potential extension)
• Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)

• High-level computer literacy.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering work on time and with very high accuracy and quality.
• Ability to communicate openly and with clarity.
• Collaborative work approach with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
