About the Roles:

As a Warranty Clerk, you will work with a team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals in a call centre environment, providing a quality customer experience. 

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Determining validity of warranty claims.
  • Processing and submitting warranty claims. 
  • Liaising with workshops and customers on vehicle warranty, parts warranty, and warranty claim entitlements.
  • Ensuring warranty claims completed in accordance with warranty terms and conditions.
  • Effectively liaising with workshops, suppliers and customers to ensure we provide the best service to our customers.

 

Our Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Exceptional phone manner.
  • High energy levels, reliable and self-motivated.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
  • Accurate data entry and administrative skills.
  • Team player, but can also work autonomously. 
  • Mechanical knowledge or previous experience in this area is desirable.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
