• Eager to expand knowledge within the construction and insurance industry!



Key Responsibilities:


Our Claim Coordinator position will see you;




  • Working alongside Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors and Trades to support the Repair process and assist with ensuring your team hits targets.

  • Assisting customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals.

  • Building and developing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.

  • Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.

  • Actively celebrating the team success!
