As a Claims Management Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of helping our members navigate the claims process, providing them with the support and assurance they need during challenging times. 
Working in a fast-paced environment, every day will be different, you will enjoy continuous learning, building rapport and collaborating in this positive and supportive team.

Work Hours & Availability
This role operates on an 8 hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the training period, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home 3 to 4 days a week 

You’ll  be based in Eight Mile Plains, Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do
•    Assist our members with empathy and kindness, providing support and advice.
•    Manage claims end-to-end, handling calls professionally and making accurate decisions.
•    Discuss and negotiate settlement options clearly and honestly with stakeholders.
•    Apply Product Disclosure Statements and process documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance.
•    Participate in coaching and training to build your and your team’s capabilities
