The role and what we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established claims team in our brand new CBD office. 

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries.
• Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end.
• Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files.
• Determining liability and communicating outcome and
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.

The successful candidate must have previous claims experience.
