Rate: $44 per hour plus Super
Location: Perth CBD
Duration: Initial 3-6 months with possible extension
Employment Type: Temporary casual contract

Start Date: June/July 2024 (pending recruitment and onboarding processes)

Position Title: Claims Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
• Manage and maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy in all interactions and document handling
• Refer to relevant Acts, government policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and accurate claims processing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all claims documentation and reporting

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing inbound and outbound phone calls
• Strong understanding and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards
• Experience with referring to and interpreting Acts and government policies
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
