Our client is a renowned Restoration business based in Brisbane. The company is committed to delivering exceptional restoration services to residential, commercial, and industrial insurance industry sectors.

The role will see you leading a team of Restoration Technicians across all aspects of property restoration including but not limited to mould remediation, cleaning, fire damage remediation and large and complex losses. What will you be doing?

• Leading a team of technicians across multiple sites and jobs.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, performing all reporting, scopes, budgets, and other instructions as advised.
• Attend water damage restoration & mould remediation jobs to deliver an excellent experience to customers
• Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
• Usage of specialised restoration equipment
• Engaging and managing relationships with customers/clients 
• Possible travel to regional areas and locations through Queensland

 
What do you need?

• IICRC Qualifications 
• Broad understanding of the construction industry
• Previous restoration experience leading technicians
• Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Construction Induction Safety certificate - White Card
• Valid Drivers License
