If so, we invite you to join Intrepid Cleaning as our next Cleaning Supervisor on a part-time basis working primarily 4pm-8pm with some flexibility. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our clients' spaces are not just clean, but truly spotless. Your keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to quality will ensure we deliver a superior service to our clients, while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. With at least two years of experience as a Supervisor or in a managerial capacity, you'll be a supportive leader dedicated to fostering the growth and development of your team.

This role would be particularly well-suited to someone with a background in hospitality.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to execute specialised cleaning operations with efficiency, confidence and competence. This position demands a meticulous approach, precision, and an unwavering dedication to meeting deadlines.

The successful applicant will oversee the completion of tasks to exceptional quality standards, utilizing established training procedures, audits, and guidelines to guide their team effectively.

THE ROLE

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations of their site, they are the first point of contact between the client and Intrepid Cleaning. Applying standardized protocols, guidelines, and processes, the Cleaning Supervisor ensures the delivery of high quality cleaning services, maintaining a professionally presented and safe environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day to day leadership to the cleaning team.
• Liaising with the client on a daily basis
• Staff management including rostering
• Daily reporting on staff, property & equipment issues
• Conducting inspections
• Stock ordering
