We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Team and oversee the overnight cleaning operations of our facility. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager  you will be responsible for:

• Supervising, training, and motivating a team of cleaners
• Planning and assigning cleaning tasks and schedules
• Monitoring and inspecting the quality and efficiency of the cleaning work
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Reporting and resolving any issues or problems

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment

- Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures

- Availability to work on shifts, weekends and holidays as required
