Cleaning Supervisor - Join a Market Leader

CLEANING SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cleaning Supervisor who will lead by example. The ideal candidate will work a regular evening shift Monday to Friday at a large industrial site in Geelong and spend the hours prior to their shift supervising other Western client sites.

In this role, your focus will be supporting our cleaning teams to deliver an exceptional quality service whilst maintaining safe work practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform and supervise daily cleaning activities during your assigned shift in Geelong.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high-quality standard.
• Supervise and manage cleaning staff at various Western client sites.
• Manage schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff and provide ongoing support to field teams in your area.
• Hands on support to site operations as needed.
• Manage consumables, supplies & equipment for cleaning operations.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial cleaning practices.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build great relationships with field teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to travel between various client sites.
• Valid driver’s license and must have own car.
• A current police check (Within 6 months) / ability to obtain
