Ventia is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to lead a team across Youth Justice sites in Parkville, Little River and Malmsbury.

Position: Cleaning Team Leader
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Start date: ASAP
Location: Parkville, Little River and Malmsbury, VIC
Pay: From $33.87 per hour plus allowances, penalties and super
Roster: Wednesday to Sunday | 6:45 PM – 2:21 AM

What you'll be doing?  You'll lead three teams across multiple sites, making sure high standards never slip.

Your day might include:

Leading and supporting cleaning teams across three Youth Justice facilities
Carrying out quality inspections and audits
Delivering toolbox talks and on-the-job coaching
Assisting with shift coverage when needed
Completing reporting and administrative tasks
Working closely with site management
Rolling up your sleeves and helping the team when the pressure is on

Think of yourself as part coach, part problem solver and part quality champion.

What you'll bring

Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader or similar
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals and processes
Experience conducting inspections, audits or quality checks
Great communication and organisational skills
Confidence using computers and digital systems
Full VIC Driver's Licence
Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
