We're looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to lead a small team in North Dandalup.

The Role: Minesite Cleaner

Location: North Dandalup, WA

Employment Type: Permanent 

Start date: ASAP

Roster: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Pay: $30.71 per hour plus Super and allowance

No night shifts. No weekend work. Just consistent daytime hours and a reliable schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting a small cleaning team while working alongside them

Maintaining high cleaning standards across site facilities

Monitoring stock levels and arranging supplies as needed

Reporting maintenance, safety and facility issues

Building positive working relationships with supervisors and site stakeholders

What You'll Need

Previous cleaning experience

Experience as a Leading Hand, Level 2 Cleaner or Team Leader is preferred but not essential

Driver's licence and reliable transport

National Police Check issued within the last six months

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
