Key Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative duties, including data entry and processing, and journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare cash positions, and assist in cash flow forecasting.
• Manage daily downloads, complete EFT vouchers, and maintain online reports.
• Assist in month-end processing, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Previous office experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• A current driver's license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with efficient typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
