Requirements
â Leadership Experience: 5+ years of retail management experience leading a team of 5+, with a proven track record of success in a store management role, ideally in jewellery.
â Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
â Sales Driven: Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets in a luxury jewellery environment, with a deep understanding of client needs, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
â Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to creating memorable, personalised experiences for clients.
â Presentation and Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and presentation to uphold the brandâs luxury standards.
â Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
â Availability: Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
â Cultural Fit: Motivated by building highly effective teams and passionate about fine jewellery
