Job Description - Client & Sales Administration Officer

The Role

The Client & Sales Administration Officer’s role will be varied, interesting and challenging. You will engage with our clients either by phone, email or our support ticketing system Freshdesk to resolve client queries and triage queries requiring a higher-level solution. You will provide sales support to the sales team, managing commercial proposals from end to end. Alongside this you will build hardware, maintain stock levels, and fill new orders for new and existing clients.  If you are adaptable and ready to learn, this may be the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the range of software products that we have available for use. 
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot the range of RollCall software used. This includes remote access, verbally and, if required, on-site
  • Answer customer logged queries both verbally via our Support phone lines and via email through our ticketing system.
  • Log any incidents raised in our ticketing system and maintain up to date notes on each ticket
  • Report any recurring problems to the Product Manager to aid product development
  • Provide our customers with excellent service
  • Provide sales support by sending out digital proposals
  • Following up proposals and answering prospective client’s questions on the journey to successful sales
  • Maintain stock levels of hardware 
  • Fill hardware orders, dispatch and record stock as required.
  • Draft invoicing for all stock dispatched.
  • Over time this role will grow to include other challenging tasks
