EXCITING AND RARE CLIENT AMBASSADOR OPPORTUNITY
TenacityCX has partnered with a French Luxury House known for its glamorous designs and high market product industry leading product.
A very rare & exciting opportunity has opened to join their expanding team located in Sydney's CBD.
Take your high-end face to face retail, beauty or fashion skills into a new direction, delivering the highest level of service and a bespoke experience to high value clientele via phone, email, mail, chat and social networks.
Cultivating and nurturing relationships to build long term relations adding substance and joy to their milestone purchases.
The daily requests concern the following themes:
- Discovery conversations with clients to discuss the elite range of product
- Information and advice on the collections and services of products
- Sales, e-commerce and boutique orders
- After-sales support, maintenance advice, complaint handling & solutions
Profile:
- Ideally have demonstrated experience working within the world of luxury retail/fashion/beauty industry, with a strong focus on customer service
- You have a great sense of service and a feel for how to communicate with international, high-end customers in a fast paced setting, working efficiently and effectively
- Passionate and interested in luxury fashion & products
- You have an empathic attitude and great interpersonal skills
- You thrive working in a fun, dynamic team working to deliver best results
- Can problem solve and work with a solutions focused approach promoting the product and brand at all times
About the role - Salary: $34.17 per hour + 11% Super + bonus incentive up to 10%
- Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm rotating roster, and every third weekend with enticing weekend penalty rates applicable
