Client Care Specialist

Are you an experienced Client Care Specialist who wants to work in a unique organisation and care for animals in need?

RSPCA Queensland is a non-government, community-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of domestic, farmed and native animals in Queensland. Our mission statement is simple but powerful: Together We Change Lives.

About the role

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and compassionate support.


• Schedule consultations and procedures, coordinating follow-ups.


• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, keeping clients informed.


• Generate invoices, process payments, and balance accounts.


• Ensure clear communication between clients, stakeholders, and Animal Services teams.


• Triage consultation and treatment requests, prioritizing critical cases.


• Maintain accurate patient files in the Shelter Buddy system.


• Perform regular audits of patient files.


• Provide basic animal care, health, and behavior advice.


• Maintain clean and tidy public areas.


• Prepare discharge instructions for clients.
