Job Description - Client Compliance Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Sydney or Newcastle.  

About the role and the team

The Client Compliance team play a crucial role in supporting on all aspects of client compliance for a broad range of panels and government agencies.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and manage client compliance for key clients of the firm.

  • Support the development and implementation of client onboarding.

  • Support administrative staff on delivery of client requirements.

  • Delivery of ongoing client reporting requirements.

  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or compliance professional who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a national team that are collaborative, inclusive, and supportive flexible ways of working.

About you

  • Previous experience in a compliance or administration role working with government clients, ideally from a legal or professional services firm.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, strong writing skills, and proficient use of excel.
