  • Partner closely with clients to understand strategic priorities and ensure service delivery aligns with their business objectives.

  • Lead client governance activities, including executive stakeholder meetings, board and committee forums, service reviews, and strategic discussions.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for client service issues, operational risks, and complex matters.

  • Drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives, projects, regulatory changes, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, and governance requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance client experience.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

What you'll bring

  • Significant experience in client relationship management, account management, or service delivery roles within superannuation, funds management, asset management, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering against service agreements and strategic commitments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with executives, boards, committees, and senior decision-makers.

  • Experience navigating governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory environments.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, projects, or transformation programs.

  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving capability, and a focus on achieving client outcomes.

  • People leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
