Qualifications & experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A minimum of 5 years cleaning industry experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Tasks & responsibilities

• Comprehensive understanding of our client needs and looking for opportunities to develop smoother operations and client relationship.
• Experience managing contracts and working with our supervisors in delivering services in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Experience leading, training, performance managing and developing large teams across multiple areas.
• Conduct site visits and audits to make sure our teams deliver high quality standards and compliance as per industry standards.
