Client Enablement Manager

• 5-10 yrs of extensive experience delivering large-scale projects, programs or client change initiatives with strong experience within the superannuation, wealth management or financial services sector.


• Deep understanding of superannuation fund administration operations with experience operating within a regulated environment


• Essential Project and planning coordination - ability to plan and track multiple initiatives concurrently across competing priorities


• Scope and requirements management - Ability to translate client and business needs into clear, actionable delivery requirements and manage scope boundaries


• Client Relationship management - strong client-facing experience, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders


• Expectation management – clearly setting and managing client expectations across delivery timelines and outcomes


• Commercial awareness – Understanding cost, effort and value implications of delivery decisions


• Strong prioritisation and time management - proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and multiple stakeholders in parallel across delivery, technology and product teams


• Strong written and verbal communication – concise, professional communication and presentation skills suitable for an array of audiences


• Ability to influence – aligning cross-functional teams to delivery outcomes


• Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy across requirements, estimates, governance artefacts and reporting
