Job Opportunity: As we continue our significant national growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Client Engagement Coordinator (brand new role!) to join our ‘great place to work’ based in either Brisbane, Melbourne, or Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Assist with the creation of compelling proposals and business development initiatives to attract new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assist with client feedback and client follow-up activities. Use CRM tools to keep track of client interactions and support the Head of Brand and Client Engagement with identifying industry trends and client insights.
  • Digital Marketing: Coordinate tactics in digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns on various platforms.
  • Collaboration:  Work under the Head of Brand and Client Engagement, to assist with coordinating content, industry events, conferences, webinars and other Mapien campaigns.
  • Reporting:  Help monitor business development activities and coordinate marketing reports.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of digital marketing, business development, and CRM concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well within Mapien’s diverse and multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience in a marketing or business development role within Professional Services.
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
