Job Description - Client Liaison Officer

Are you a dynamic and passionate, values-based person looking for the next step in your career within a national organisation responsible for improving the quality of health and human services across Australia?

QIP is seeking 3 enthusiastic and motivated Client Liaison Officers. This is an exciting opportunity to work for and learn about Australia's most comprehensive health and community services accreditation business and to assist in delivering day-to-day client service processes.

Key deliverables of the role:

  • Deliver efficient client support services in the cycle of accreditation, including registration, self-assessment, and application through to certification post-assessment.
  • Provide up to date and consistent information to clients for QIP programs, i.e., the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) program as required.
  • Effective and timely reporting of outputs and performance.
  • Effective communication and telephone support to stakeholders and clients.

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administration and customer service experience
  • Experience in diagnostic imaging environment and the community health sector would be an advantage
  • Competent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products including outlook and Word, with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • High standard of communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and follow operational procedures.
  • Understanding and empathy of the challenges faced by organisations operating in remote regions.
  • Ability to be flexible in a constantly changing environment. 

Desirable for Client Liaison Officer - NDIS team 

  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
  • Knowledge of audit principles and practices.
  • Ability to apply the NDIS Practice standards.
