Sydney CBD - 6 Partner firm - $120k-155k Package
WFH 2 days a week
Start ups, SME's, family groups & multinationals. Groups with up to 80 entities.
An established and forward-thinking accounting firm based in the Sydney CBD is looking to appoint an experienced Client Manager to join their growing Business Services division.
Established for 30 years, this firm has grown steadily to a team of 30+ professionals led by 6 Partners. The business is known for its collaborative culture, strong staff retention, and genuine long-term career pathways, with many of the Partners having started their careers in the firm as graduates.

CBD location is conveniently positioned between Town Hall and St James stations
6 firm with 5 Business Services Partners and 1 SMSF Partner

Excellent staff longevity with many team members having 10+years tenure
Services across: Business Consulting, Accounting & Taxation, SMSF, Audit, Management Accounting, Insolvency, and Personal Wealth and Tax Strategy
Client Base and Services
Broad and high quality client base across fashion, medical professionals, legal firms, property development and international businesses. From start ups, throughto large multinationals. Exposure to complex group structures, including entities exceeding 80+ within a single group
The Role
Client Manager role within Business Services
Ownership of your own client portfolio and team
Managers are not siloed to one Partner and work across multiple Partners, providing exposure to different styles and client types
Supported by one dedicated mentor while still operating with autonomy
Compliance and advisory-focused role with the addition of management accounting work too
Flexibility and Technology
Hybrid working model - 2 days wfh Technology includes mainly MYOB AE and Xero
About You
CA or CPA qualified
Strong background in public practice within Business Services
Confident in managing clients and reviewing work
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with access to Partners
Looking for long term growth within a stable and well-regarded firm
