This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring a consistently high quality experience.
About the Role The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, supporting them through onboarding, ongoing service needs, and regular reviews. You'll collaborate with internal advisory specialists to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful support.
Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Coordinate client onboarding, meetings, and follow up actions
- Prepare client documentation, reports, and service materials
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen engagement
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
About You -Experience in client service, account management, or a similar role
