Client Relationship Administrator - Start Immediately

The Avanti Group is looking for an exceptional individual to assist our House & Land Business Development Manager with day to day real estate administration activities. 

A typical day will see you managing our database, updating stock lists, managing the sale process on behalf of agents and producing reports on agent activity.

No two days are the same!  

As a vital member of the sales team, your main duties will be as follows:

• Prepare information for weekly electronic emails
• Database management
• Preparation of brochures and marketing material
• Preparation of sales packages as requested and distributing to agents on behalf of the Business Development Managers
• Manage agent contact programs
• Excellent phone manner and the ability to talk to agents on a daily basis
• Liaise with contracts administrators and manage processes.

A high level of database management will be considered favourably as will an understanding of House and Land contracts or real estate sales.
