Client Relationship Manager -Professional Services

About the Role
As a Client Relationship Manager within a professional and client-focused accounting firm, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and personalised experience. Working closely with Partners and accounting teams, you'll support the delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services while building strong, lasting relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met
Act as the key liaison between clients and the accounting team, proactively requesting tax documentation, monitoring lodgement deadlines, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met on time.
Manage the end-to-end coordination of client deliverables, including lodging returns and documents with relevant government authorities, ensuring accuracy and a seamless client experience.
Handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Coordinating client meetings, events, and check-ins
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintaining accurate client records and supporting reporting requirements
Contributing to a friendly, welcoming, and energetic team environment

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience in client-facing roles (professional services, financial services)
Outgoing, bubbly, and energetic personality, you genuinely enjoy talking to people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Comfortable working face-to-face, over the phone, and via email with clients
