About the role

We’re seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager who has a blend of expertise and empathy. You'll foster strong client relationships as you develop an understanding our products and services. 

As part of our growing team, you will identifying new business opportunities, provide tailored solutions that align with client needs, and embrace our journey of refining processes while embodying our core values. We're looking for someone who can genuinely empathise, understand, and support our clients.

Client Relation Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Use industry knowledge to identify client’s needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide to support them through their decision making process.
  • Being the face of TSA – be seen to live the TSA values.
  • Work to cross sell other TSA services, with all offerings being integral to the TSA Mission Statement.
  • Communicate well, respond in a timely manner.
  • Able to manage customer expectations with a proactive, professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in organising logistics for industry events and represent TSA at these events and trade shows.
  • Respond to new and existing customer enquiries and provide timely responses and quotes, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Quoting and Proposal creation.
  • Client relationship building.
  • Assist in providing Sales reporting analysis.

 

About You

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer service approach and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of offline and online strategies.

 

Key personal skills

  • Proven experience with customers and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with sales software or ERP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 applications
  • Self-motivated and target driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
  • Experience in the industry an advantage.
