Client Relationship Officer

You will be:

• Engaging with existing customers and obtaining feedback on products and ervices

• Keep comprehensive and accurate notes on customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
• Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, proactively identifying their future needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
