Client Service Manager

The Role:

• Provide administration support around the sales process
• Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitor enquiries
• Prepare for the listing presentations
• Administer properties through the sale process
• Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling process
• Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
• Undertake pre-settlement inspections
• Organise Saturday Open Packs

The Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong administration and communication skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong administration and communication skills
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred
• Previous Real Estate experience
