Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 2 year's experience within the financial services industry
• Life Insurance experience
• XPlan knowledge preferable 
• Centrelink knowledge would be beneficial

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparation and implementation of paperwork for Superannuation, Pension and Insurance Applications
• Follow up of Applications with Fund Managers/Insurance Companies
• Insurance Claims and Deceased estate Claims
• Assisting Adviser with client queries
• Maintaining accurate information within our XPlan Database 
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Maintaining compliant client files
• General administrative duties
