About the role
Our support team is made up of fast-moving, methodical professionals who provide exceptional service to our clients. As part of this team, you will receive jobs from clients and be responsible for:
Ensuring we fully understand client instructions.
Completing photocopying, printing, and scanning tasks.
Carrying out mailroom duties.
Working efficiently and accurately to meet multiple deadlines.
Managing priorities and ensuring jobs are delivered on time.
This position is for the afternoon shift, either 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with overtime required when needed. The role will also involve working as backup support in one of our clients’ mailrooms.
In this role, your days will include a variety of tasks across different client locations within Melbourne CBD when required. You will be the go-to person for support and communication between our Melbourne Bureau and the client. You will also be responsible for distributing incoming mail, sorting outgoing mail and packages, stock support, locker allocation, and workplace support.
About you
The following qualities and experience may help you stand out from other applicants:
Some knowledge of the legal industry.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where accuracy is essential.
A passion for providing exceptional client service.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
Proficient IT skills, including strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Ultimately, your attitude is most important to us. However, previous experience in a corporate services or printing environment would be an advantage.
