Job Description - Client Services Account Manager

As a Client Experience Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients experience the full value of our services. You'll become a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and driving high levels of client engagement. This is a cross functional role in which you will work with a number of internal stakeholders across the client journey. 

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Is a data-driven problem-solver with a knack for exceeding expectations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively.
  • The ability to proactively engage, retain and grow a client base. 
  • Has excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Possesses experience with salesforce & excel. 
  • Understands what "delight and deliver" means even in the face of adversity
What You'll Do:
  • Own assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and exceeding client SLAs.
  • Become a communication pro – you'll be the go-to person for clients, providing exceptional service through various channels.
  • Identify and re-engage clients who aren't fully utilizing our services.
  • Develop and execute activation campaigns to boost service usage, resolving any underlying issues.
  • Be a proactive problem-solver – identify trends related to low service usage and develop strategies to keep our client base thriving.
