About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of communication and service.
Coordinate client communications on behalf of the team, with a particular focus on supporting the Partner in managing their phone and email correspondence with clients and external stakeholders.
Lead and administer the end-to-end client onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office, lawyers, and other external stakeholders to coordinate and implement updates for the SMSFs.
Assist with invoicing and debtor management to support accurate and timely financial management for the team.
Provide back-up administrative support to the SMSF team when required, including compiling SMSF's financial reports and associated documents for presentation to the clients, maintaining ASIC registers, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general administration duties such as scanning and filing documents.
About you:
Completion of Year 12
At least 2 years experience in a similar position or a role with significant client or customer facing responsiblities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients.
High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Strong organisational skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
