Client Services Manager - Sydney CBD
  • Be the face of the business, connect with clients across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions, building strong, lasting relationships and making every interaction count.

About the Role
As a Client Services Manager within a professional and client-focused accounting firm, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and personalised experience. Working closely with Partners and accounting teams, you'll support the delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services while building strong, lasting relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating client meetings, events, and check-ins
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate client records and supporting reporting requirements
  • Contributing to a friendly, welcoming, and energetic team environment
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience in client-facing roles (professional services, financial services preferred)
  • Outgoing, bubbly, and energetic personality, you genuinely enjoy talking to people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable working face-to-face, over the phone, and via email with clients
