We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager- Investigations to oversee our and Workcover claims operations in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the investigation process.
Responsibilities - Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Oversee the management of CTP and Workcover claims in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements in Victoria.
- Liaise with investigators and other stakeholders to gather information and provide investigations in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement best practice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and industry practices affecting Workcover claims.
- Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, and other partners to facilitate effective investigations.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends, areas of risk, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on claims performance to senior management.
- Address and resolve complex or escalated claims issues.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications Extensive experience in managing and Workcover claims, with a deep understanding of the legislative environment in Victoria. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
