Job Description - Client Services Officer – Financial Planning - Urgent Hire

We are looking to hire an organized Client Services Officer – Financial Planning to join our high calibre team at Nest Egg Solutions in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast QLD.

We are a well-established locally owned Financial Services practice located in South East Queensland. We require a Client Service Officer to join our professional, friendly Advice team. This is an excellent opportunity to excel with the backing of a firm established for approx. 20 years in the region. 

Qualifications & experience

You need to have had experience in the Financial Planning Industry including, but not limited to:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Implementation of Advice with fund manager or superannuation providers
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • A good working knowledge of Word, excel etc.
  • Must be well spoken (both written and verbal), professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Xplan experience
  • Willingness to learn

 

This role comes with “on the job training” in our systems and process and our associated CRM software.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General administration and client contact
  • Ensure telephone and email enquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate various calendar bookings and appointments for Adviser/s Organise meeting rooms 
  • Prepare client snapshots and other documents as required for client reviews
  • Management of the client data bases to ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure client recommendations are implemented correctly and in a timely manner
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
  • General preparation of letters/forms that the Adviser/s or Practice Manager will issue 
  • Print, compile and mail out letters, documents and client mail outs as required
