We are currently looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our Client Relationship Managers (CRM) in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the role:

  • Assist the CRM team with various tasks such as submissions, annual reviews, bill payments, client payments, property obligations, and compliance matters.
  • Provide vital assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our processes.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client relationship manager enquiries, building trust and loyalty.
  • Manage multiple Outlook inboxes with great organisational skills and a knack for prioritisation.
  • Stay on top of emails and take swift action as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date beneficiary databases, updating and meticulously managing this essential information to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
  • Play a crucial role in the growth of our client base by providing excellent support to the client relationship managers and maintaining high-quality data.
