Client Solutions Manager - Cleaning - Generous Compensation

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Client Solutions Manager with a cleaning industry background who will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and fostering good relations with prospective clients and partners. 

The main responsibilities will include driving growth and success by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of our sales and revenue targets.  Looking for a process-driven individual. 

  Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage and promote Brand awareness and support programs Assisting in developing a long-term growth strategy and vision 
• Oversee and assist in the development and production of all the business development collateral material 
• Develop and maintain key client contacts at a senior level
• Build relationships with potential and existing clients 
• Provide management and support to the Business Development teams and oversee the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids
• Actively manage the costing and quotation process 
• Assist in the management of the CRM 
• Participate actively in all major tenders and bid processes both local and national
• Identify state or national business growth opportunities 
• Assist in the retention of existing business
• Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly sales and marketing reports 
• Communicating with the Executive Management on a regular basis on all Marketing and Business Development matters in progress 
• Ensure that all business development and marketing activities comply with the requirements of the Australian Trade Practices Act

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales management roles within the cleaning industry or related field 
• Strong understanding of the cleaning industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and exceeding targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Be able to estimate and complete client walkthroughs.
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Have the ability to work with client portals
