ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to drive adoption, value, and revenue from our self-service scripting tool. This role sits at the intersection of client success, consultative sales, and product enablement. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of the tool, and help them confidently use it to achieve their business objectives.
You’ll be responsible for both growing usage among existing clients and converting opportunities by positioning the self-service tool as the best solution for speed, flexibility, and scale.
