About the role:
Due to growth within the team and internal moves, we are looking to hire 4 new team members. These positions are all full-time, permanent roles. Training starts on 20 July, not negotiable.
Hybrid working is available, allowing you to balance working from home with time in the Melbourne CBD office.
As a Client Support Coordinator in our Contact Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for new client enquiries, providing a warm, empathetic and professional experience from the very first conversation.
You’ll speak with people at pivotal moments in their lives, gathering information, assessing enquiries, and ensuring each client feels heard and supported.
